Pastry chef Kriss Harvey visited Sugar Lab in 2015 from the nearby SLS Bazaar (by José Andrés) in Los Angeles. He rolled up his sleeves to check out our 3D printers and we immediately clocked his Andy Warhol tattoo. Later we folded this into the styling for the evening.
Whenever we meet with a new chef we're curious to see the design direction they lean in to--and Kriss did not disappoint. He imagined these 3D printed raspberry egg shells with fennel mousse and dehydrated raspberry.
