Artist James Jean Cookie Collab

Sugar Lab was tapped by visual artist James Jean to create customized gifts for his team. Our 3D designers and chefs at Sugar Lab Pro were able to create personalized pieces by interpreting Jean’s BTS Seven Phases art series as floral tea cookies that pair with warm milk teas.

Jean’s Seven Phases collaboration with BTS (Bangtan Boys) set out to capture each band member as seven phases through the “spirit of a flower”. Our digital artists used soft natural tones to highlight the natural ingredients, including matcha green tea and Taiwanese milk tea.

Although this was a limited edition gift for the crew, you can catch James Jean and BTS’ Seven Phases exhibition on view now at Hybe Insight Museum in Seoul.
