Sugar Lab Roasting Co. is going to be rolling out fresh, lucious, adorable latte chocolates all fall and winter (stay tuned!). To start, you know we had to rep the OG seasonal latte that started it all: #PSL
Daddy Sugar Lab knows you need that pumpkin spice fix and we went all out for this--3D printed sugar shells in the shape of little paper coffee cups filled with two milk chocolate ganaches; a pumpkin spice ganache layered generously on top of an espresso ganache made from real espresso. It’s pumpkiny and it's spicy because you can have it all.
Is Sugar Lab Roasting Co. real? Not really. But if it was real, would they make teeny tiny espressos even cuter and littler than the little lattes? Probably. This is just a taste of the heady theoretical research we crunch every day at the lab. The possibilities are endless and delicious so we’ll be on the SLRCo train all fall and winter.
