Forged under colossal pressure from our cocktail chef and designer collab after more than one whiskey-based, uh, taste test, these princess-cut diamonds turned out glowed up for date night. #iceicebae
'But, Sugar Lab' you say, 'like, what do we do with 3D bitters tho?' Just sub them out for any cocktail that calls for ~2 dashes of bitters, dear friend. They're quite literally made from the liquid bitters you're familiar with, cranked through a 3D printer two drinks deep.
For Valentine's Day, Sugar Lab recommends serving one 3D printed diamond, made from sugar and Angostura bitters, in a flute glass with Champagne with a twist of lemon. This is a stylish, blinged-out version of Champagne cocktails that call for sugar cubes soaked in bitters.
***Note that the diamonds dissolve almost instantly in Champagne sending whirls of bubbles to the surface -- so if you want a photo shoot it in the glass before the pour.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Do not refrigerate before or after opening.
