At Sugar Lab we create designs that create experiences. We believe that when people focus on something together, even something small, they make a moment last a little longer. We chase designs that expand that moment so you can share them with your friends and family.
About a decade ago Sugar Lab invented a new kind of culinary printer that uses powdered sugar and water, instead of extruding food pastes like everyone else. By utilizing this unique process we were able to create gravity defying shapes that had never been seen before in the culinary space. Our process is surprisingly similar to the way that pastry chefs already work--we separate wet and dry ingredients and then carefully mix them back together to create what's basically a super fondant.
